Daily Duties at Dendreon Co:
Directed daily commercial vaccine manufacturing operations. Supervised cell processing associates engaged in performing aseptic manufacturing of clinical and commercial human blood derived components in a clean environment as well as manufacturing associates working in packaging area. Performed, scheduling and allocating work based on production priorities, critical work checks and performance evaluations, continuous training, provided technical guidance, and resolving any problems that arose. Ensured every employee met dress and safety codes, competent and qualified for the duties assigned and maintained production areas and equipment at inspection ready status at all times. Ensured employees were compliant with cGMP, safety, OSHA, and SOP. Performed IPQA, tracked projects, wrote reports, maintained records, updated SOPs, Process Specific Training Manuals, and Control Procedures, demonstrated knowledge of cGMP, wrote ERs, CAPA and sat in departmental committee meetings.
