Calculate clients manufacturing tax deduction using complex Excel based tools in conjunction with Access to provide form 8903. ● Analyze Tax Return and identify Non-qualifying entities, analyze Balance Sheet and Miscellaneous items information. ● Reconcile Book Revenue and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) to Tax Revenue and COGS. ● Investigate material variances and Apportion any difference and Calculate Qualifying and Non-qualifying Gross Margin. ● Calculate Domestic Production Activities Deduction (DPAD) at the consolidated level and populate Form 8903. ● Allocate DPAD among the legal entities based on each entity's respective amount of positive Qualifying Production Activity Income (QPAI). - Led projects by assigning specific tasks to staffs, review their work, set up deadlines, and submit weekly status updates to Management. - Prepared information request and interview questions for potential and new clients based on business operations. - Travel 80% of the time during the year to work with high profile clients such as News Corporation, Covidien and Bechtel Corporation.
