Daily Duties at Pinehurst Elementary :
*Observe Special Education Residents regularly throughout the year to evaluate proficiency in specific teaching skills and identify development areas. *Analyze teacher performance to determine key levers for improvement and align support to ensure growth. *Identify development areas for struggling Special Education Residents and develop targeted improvement plans. *Support Special Education Residents as they write and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). *Share classroom observation trends regularly with school principals so they can immediately adjust instructional plans to meet Resident needs.
