Daily Duties at Silverleaf Resorts, Inc.:
Management of 80–100 concurrent projects ranging in size from $500 to $2,000,000 at 13 resorts across eastern and southern United States; responsible for all aspects of design and construction of infrastructure expansion and refurbishment for all existing resorts; manage consulting engineers responsible for infrastructure design; review and process consulting engineering design proposals; responsible for locating, evaluating and hiring new consulting engineers; establish scope of individual projects; review plans, specifications, and bid documents; manage contractors during construction including pay estimate reviews, change order preparation, and final paperwork; contract and purchase order preparation for contractors, track $500,000 infrastructure refurbishment budget; and management of field project managers.
