Planned and managed more than 50 internal and external conferences and events, from small to large-scale, with annual total budget over $1.5 million. Responsible for all elements of the division's event and meeting management, including: strategic planning and event design, critical path development, budget design and management, venue selection, contract negotiation, attendee registration, vendor selection, management follow up communications, metric tracking and reporting.
