Daily Duties at Guidance Software:

• Comprehensive understanding of the eDiscovery industry and legal process; • Create Statements of Work and the scope of large scale eDiscovery and forensic cases; • Provide expert consulting on all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM); • Solid knowledge of the eDiscovery project lifecycle including data collection, processing, review and production; • Manage Guidance consultants in complex eDiscovery collections and in the United States, Europe, and the Middle East; • Create, manage and adjust milestones in the eDiscovery collection, processing and deliverables stages; • Provide complete and accurate status reporting; • Serve as primary contact for the client; • Coordinate and facilitate communication between eDiscovery team members and partners to provide maximum efficiency and ensure timely delivery of services; • Manage client expectations and resolve identified concerns; • Track and monitor overall project activity and update engagement plans as required; • Identify areas of risk and provide clients with options to ensure the success of the project; • Assist management team on the coordination of any personnel changes on an engagement; • Support regional managers to close large scale eDiscovery contracts; • Manage an on-site lab and lab team to full potential; • Mentor and support consultants in the field to maximize success on all eDiscovery matters; • Possess superior organizational and follow-up skills; excellent interpersonal skills, and quality verbal and written communication skills; • Creative problem solver; • Ability to explain technical information using layman’s terms; • Obtained and held US Government clearance.
