Daily Duties at Iris Data Services:

Create procedures for handling digital media • Create procedures for Computer Forensic Analyses • Supervise all forensic investigations • Create, manage and adjust milestones in the eDiscovery collection, processing and deliverables stages; • Provide complete and accurate status reporting; • Serve as primary contact for the client; • Coordinate and facilitate communication between eDiscovery team members and partners to provide maximum efficiency and ensure timely delivery of services; • Manage client expectations and resolve identified concerns; • Track and monitor overall project activity and update engagement plans as required; • Identify areas of risk and provide clients with options to ensure the success of the project; • Assist management team on the coordination of any personnel changes on an engagement;

•Understanding of the major features in the EnCase eDiscovery solution, methodology and processes, •Understanding of EnCase Enterprise and its features, •Trained in Professional Project Management, •Experience with EnCase, EnCase Enterprise, and eDiscovery Suite, including EnCE certification, •Test and validate all phases of EnCase eDiscovery product to ensure accurate data collection, •Comprehensive understanding of eDiscovery review platforms, such as Concordance and Summation, •Experience in managing customers with all aspects of technical collection/filtering criteria, keyword creation and Boolean statements, and utilizing GREP to reduce false positives and provide this criteria to the technical team. , •Investigated electronic media for civil and criminal cases, eDiscovery collections, •Report related to forensic examination of evidence, •Testimony related to forensic examination of evidence
