Conducts Research in Mindfulness-Based Programs in primary care practices, settings for at-risk adolescents, and health & human services agencies Designs Mindfulness-Based, Stress Reduction (MBSR) Wellness Programs Teaches Behavioral Health Courses for patients, medical practitioners, health and human services professionals Educates clients to identify lifestyle changes in nutrition, self-talk, time management, and exercise
