Headed the Profit center for Telecom Project Division of L&T for southern region of India covering four states (TN&PY, KE,KN &AP). Services included campus wide LAN( Gige/ATM), WAN, Voip/IP telephony, PBX, RAX(Rural Automatic Exchange) and MAX( Main Automatic Exchange). Focus was to achieve the revenue targets and profits by state. Responsibilities included responding to RFPs, client presentations, contract negotiations & closing and handing over to the project management function. Led a team of ten professionals.
