Daily Duties at Ecolab:

responsible for 20-30 man teams. Set up start of shift priority and provided a clear understanding of what was needed from the union production team for the day. Enforced plant codes and kept safety as the number 1 priority. Lead meetings and provided input to superiors on production output for the day. Ran multiple departments on the weekends and covered other supervisors shifts.
