Daily Duties at Liquidity Services, Inc.:

Oversee all aspects of day-to-day legal and compliance activities in support of Capital Assets Group division of a multinational auction services provider. Provide direction and guidance to the business development, sales, and procurement departments regarding management of legal risks and review contemplated business relationships for identification, mitigation and negotiation of risk allocation. Remain abreast of developments in the areas of commercial contract, government contract, state and federal regulations and e-commerce law to ensure that the company proactively addresses all legal issues. Lead the division’s compliance efforts through the development of comprehensive policies, training, controls and monitoring.
