Daily Duties at Baptist Health Centers/ Baptist Health System:
Conducted workflow analysis, equipment needs assessments and re-engineered manual processes to an electronic process to ensure full meaningful use of the EMR Developed end user training materials and conducted EMR product demonstrations for health care staff Served as escalation contact for issues related to EHR, lab and radiology interfaces prior to, during, and up to 12 weeks post implementation Planned and conducted internal and client project kick-off meetings, set expectations, developed customized implementation and training plans, coordinated resource scheduling and ensured each implementation was completed on time and within budgetary guidelines Reported and provided recommendations to management on areas for departmental and/or implementation process improvement and provided project documentation, implementation plans, status and site visit reports Educated and provided onsite and remote training to physicians, clinical support staff and new employees on EMR applications and meaningful use and facilitated on-going training support
