Daily Duties at Jpi:

Conduct Program Management for the USCG Environmental Management Office. Perform oversight and accountability for financial reporting with the intent of meeting CFO compliance. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures and internal controls to support the completeness of their environmental liability estimates. Services provided include project management, meeting management, document management, and facilitation support and to provide coordination between stakeholders of the Coast Guard Environmental Liabilities (EL) Work Group. The project was responsible for documenting the environmental liability of over 1500 lighthouses, 36 firing ranges, and 22,000 other assets, as well as developing the policies, processes and procedures for maintaining the database's accuracy. The project required coordinating and prioritizing efforts across eight different Coast Guard entities located across the country.
