Advised Senior Management Advisors and Administrative Officers on Senior Executive Services (SES) and Scientific/Technical (ST) policies and procedures. Performed (1) clerical work requiring substantial knowledge of civilian personnel terminology, requirements, procedures, and functions to process related documents, prepare recurring personnel reports, explained personnel procedures, maintained master personnel and organizational records, and provided miscellaneous clerical support in personnel-related units; (2) limited technical work requiring substantial practical knowledge of one or more civilian personnel management specialties such as staffing, employee relations, or classification.
