Daily Duties at Fairfax County Health Department:
Maternal and child care TB and chronic disease follow up, established specality clinics and managed the school health program. Was a core team member who established a post hospitalization chronic disease program. Established pre and post natal outreach classes. Monitored and evualated clinic aide performance in the school health area also provided direct nursing intervention in the schools. Did home visits as needed.
