Daily Duties at University Of Louisville:

• Direct day-to-day operations of high school dual credit and high school visitors programs. • Oversee the planning, marketing, coordination, and operations of the Advanced Placement Summer Institute (APSI) as well as related workshops and sessions. • Manage $450,000 dual credit and APSI budgets, recruit teachers, administer student programs, give school presentations, and evaluate program effectiveness. • Supervise three full-time staff persons, four part-time dual credit University lecturers, 60 high school teachers, 12 seasonal trainers, and 10 seasonal student workers. • Respond to grant opportunities for external funding of college awareness and transfer articulation improvements. Also, participate in UofL high school/college recruitment activities and assist with other related admissions responsibilities.
