Oversee sales operations of wholesale lingerie business with approximately 50 employees. Manage team of sales representatives and cultivate relationships with boutiques and major department stores. Review and analyze sales performance. Manage record of invoices, processing, and fulfillment; identify discrepancies in store accounts. Direct hiring efforts for new sales representatives and oversee payroll for consulting team. Serve as company representative at major trade shows. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements. Oversee merchandising and conduct in-store seminars training retail employees in product sales tactics. Maintain company website and email system. • Improved sales through re-engineering of company website, enhancing navigation and click-through rates by adding product photos, product info, and store locations. • Established strong reputation for resolving escalated customer issues through timely follow-through regarding requests and skilled conflict management.
