Hired in and accountable for selling multiple products to physicians, manage a large territory(the state of Wyoming) with up to 160 healthcare physicians, total sales average 10 million on an annual basis with multiple products, creates effective call plans, analyze and utilize report data, develops and implements an efficient business plan, increase access and achieves sales results including market volume and market volume growth, strategic use of budget, cultivates relationships with key influencers, sales calls and selling skills to increase sales results, understands and uses approved promotional materials to support marketing message, leadership within territory and district, demonstrate strong disease state and product knowledge, executes managed care pull-through and push-through strategies, continually strives to improve knowledge skills and capabilities, and conducts physician to physician education programs.
