Daily Duties at Professional Disposable International :
Two diferent roles during employment: As a Product Manager: Responsible for all skin antiseptic lines for the company with primary focus on Chlorhexidine-based solutions for domestic and international markets. Managed projects from infantile stage to post-market launch and feasibility reviews. Created key messaging communications customized for sales force, channel partners and end users for various delivery systems. Managed forecasting and cost saving initiatives for product lines. Extensive experience working with Clinical Department, R&D, Regulatory, Operating Committee, Sales Force, Accounting and Production. As a Regional Director:Regional Director managing between 8-10 sales reps responsible for the sales of surface disinfectant, skin antisepsis, hand hygiene and patient care products. Worked extensively with my team to obtain clinical trials for skin antiseptic line. Five of these trials were accepted for publication with APIC and AVA. Trained and developed sales reps thru weekly field rides, territory planning, and the creation of more efficient routing schedules and target account lists.
