Daily Duties at Micro Electronics:

• Take care of all customer concerns and questions • Direct day-to-day office operations • Manage accounts payable, receivables and payroll • Prepare expense report and bank reconciliations • Oversee goal setting and drive new changes implementation • Recruit, Train, coach, direct and motivate 30-member team • Perform employee annual appraisals and disciplinary actions • Serve as principal advisor to senior managers in all matters pertaining to security and customer service • Oversee administrative and operation budget • Help with inventory control and loss prevention
