Daily Duties at Life Care At Home:
Weekend on call nurse providing scheduled home care visits, managed after hour care calls and visits as necessary. Continued to do PRN vists during the week, also did some part time office management duties of all disiplines. Performed home care per medicare guidelines,including IV therapy, chronic and acute disease process, wound care, medication mangement. Managed assisted therapies in the home including PT, OT, HHA, MSW, Speech therapy.Use of OASIS and computer records.
