Responsibilities included customer service oversight, budget and forecasting, market strategy and assessment, operations, and business implementation. Service lines included: specialty pharmacy, home care/infusion therapy, retail health clinics, on-site (employer) pharmacy and clinical programs and patient care management and wellness initiatives.
