Daily Duties at Republic Services:
Responsable for corporate over sight of Post Collection operations across the US. That included 200+ landfills and 235 Transfer Stations. Coordinated a $70M Heavy Equipment purchase budget. Training and building capabilities in local site management. Operations support for all aspects of daily site activities, Environmental compliance, develop and implement heavy equipment maintenance and productivity programs. Promote work place safety. Presenting results to Executive Corporate management as a subject matter expert.
