Daily Duties at Sysco Foods:

Selling skills, organization skills, self starter, good communications,knowledge of food service products.Constantly showing new items to the customers to grow sales. Did menu analysis for customers to show them where they were making or losing money.Searching for new accounts and cold calling.I searched for new accounts by looking in local papers and magazines,going to functions that rewarded local restaurants. It is a great way to getting to know people in the business.Having good relationships with customers so I would be there go to person.Understanding the customers needs and where they needed help.I got to know the customers needs not only by seeing my customer every week but also, dinning in their restuarants and most imortant to listen to their needs. Some of their needs could be anywhere from problems with employees,financial, creativity of a menu and ways to get customers in. Any information I had to improve business for my customers I handed down to them.
