Creating seasonal menu's and daily specials control of food cost, purchase all food items and any kind of kitchen supplies needed, ovens pots, flatware, dishes for the kitchen. I dealt with local produce companies and also local meat and seafood companies. I controlled food cost by portion control and I would work on getting the best product at the best price. I focused on labor cost issues... I arranged functions for the club. Parties for members, theme parties, weddings and holiday functions. Personalized many dishes for the members.
