I was retained by C.K. Smith to convert gas-only stations to full-service repair shops, going against the market trend (most were converting from full-service to gas only). I leveraged my experience managing a family owned service station and my experience with Chevron to achieve their goal. This included preparing business cases with ROI forecasts and implementation with zoning meeting, permits, supplier contracts, equipment purchases/leases, hiring, marketing, inventories, pricing, Accounting, etc.
