• Own and manage the logistics operations for 24 brands in Singapore, through collaborations with external partners and internal business units in import, export, warehousing, customization, transportation and quality assurance of finished products across 13 categories • Lead teams of a total of 70 employees in the corporate office and the distribution centres to execute strategic and tactical plans with excellence • Prepare operation scorecards and budgets for submission to the management as well as actively sharing with counterparts in the Asia & Oceania regional forums • Build capability by providing people with regular coaching and enabling them with tools for success
