Daily Duties at Lennox Industries Inc.:
Manage all sales activities within the designated territory. Provide sales leadership to manufacturers’ Sales Representatives. Develop these regions to gain more market share. My primary responsibility is to expand the relationship with assigned clients (cross- and up-selling) in order to maximise our Share-of-Wallet (SOW) and become the air conditioning OEM partner of choice. I also develop detailed sales plans and opportunities to originate the full suite of the company's products and solutions. Drives client negotiations, organizes and leads global client teams -- including sales engineers from various distributors-- to deliver the best possible service to the client. Handles sensitive client-related issues and leads internal processes to ensure swift delivery to client requests. I do Return on Investment analysis for end clients to prove the efficiency of the Lennox equipment will pay itself back in the short term... I also do product benchmarks to differentiate the Lennox products from the competition and further gain the Share of Mind(SOM) of the customer. Manage daily all CSA's(Commercial Sales Administrators) working for me to ensure ontime deliver of time sensitive orders to customers...
