Daily Duties at Adlink Cable Advertising:

Proficiently manage day-to-day office space/facility operations and maintenance. Strategically plan, coordinate and steer logistical moves/relocations for 30K sq. foot, 2-floor facility and oversee related build-outs and expansions. Effectively collaborate with major designers/contractors/architects including Turelk, Swinerton, Cal Pac, Wolcott, RBM Design, and Gensler in facilitating office revisions to achieve critical specifications and timelines. Proactively hire, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate administrative and facility personnel to optimize utilization of human resources. Apply dynamic communication skills toward liaising with building management and tenants to address leasing, outage, HVAC, emergency procedure, janitorial service, facility maintenance/repair, and parking issues. Spearhead emergency initiatives as Emergency Floor Warden and Building/Security contact, with accountability for managing training, meetings, floor planning, equipment, and employee emergency kits allocation. On call 24/7 to manage 5 HVAC systems for Data Air, Carrier and Trane data rooms as well as respond to building/security office issues. Develop, coordinate and deliver comprehensive CPR, OSHA Safety and Injury Illness Prevention training and implement affiliated programs. Order, issue and maintain company communications equipment, furniture, supplies, keys, parking cards, and facility access codes. Team with Manager of Field Services in procuring and maintaining company vehicles, uniforms, ID and insurance and overseeing related parking and violation issues. Actively support fiscal operations including budgeting facility expenses, approving bills and providing accounts payable with financial spreadsheets. Partner in developing critical Disaster Recovery plans. Ensure compliance with applicable insurance requirements.
