Daily Duties at Penske Motor Group/Longo:

Oversee all Subway restaurant operations, codes and regulations. Proficiently manage day-to-day office space/facility operations, maintenance, house keeping and Subway staff of 18. Strategically plan, coordinate and steer logistical moves/relocations/construction for 47 acre facility including Toyota, Lexus and Scion dealerships, service and 2 car washes. Effectively collaborate/oversee related build-outs and expansions with major designers/contractors/architects in facilitating office revisions to achieve critical specifications and timelines. Proactively hire, train, schedule, manage, direct and evaluate administrative and facility personnel to optimize utilization of human resources. Apply dynamic communication skills toward dealerships to address outages, HVAC, emergency procedure, janitorial service, facility maintenance/repair, car wash, shuttle and parking issues. Involved with emergency initiatives as Emergency team leader and Facility/Security contact. On call 24/7 to manage/direct 73 HVAC/Swamp coolers as well as respond to building/security office issues. Order, issue and maintain company communications equipment, furniture, supplies, keys, parking cards, and facility access codes. Actively support fiscal operations including budgeting facility expenses, approving bills and providing accounts payable with financial spreadsheets.
