Daily Duties at Esselte:

• Led the implementation of Kaizen as main tool for continuous improvement. • Actually responsible for all the production areas 450 directs, 6 supervisors and 3 engineers. • Define and organize Kaizen teams in order to improve productivity thru all the production processes. • Responsible for manpower analysis, planed high and low demand with the optimum number of operators. • Created and managed the manufacturing pull systems to maintain optimum WIP based on cycle times and tack times. • Improve cycle & lead times applying value stream mapping tool in order to identify waste ( non value operations) as well as excess inventory.
