Daily Duties at Com Air Rotron:

• Responsible for all the operation, a total of 440 employees, 380 directs and the rest for all other departments ( H.R., Production, Materials & Engineering) • Led the implementation of 5’s and kaizen as main tool for continuous improvement. • Define and reorganized all the management team in to business unit concept to accomplish company goals. • Mentor to implement management by facts, helping the team to take best decisions. • Responsible to improve Productivity, level of service to our costumers, scrap reduction & quality of our product in order to be highly competitive. • Reduction of the WIP from 1.5 M to .8M • Implementation of pull system in some of our parts to reduce inventory. From 6.2M to 5.3M • Support the implementation of pull systems and supermarkets to eliminate traditional MRP system. • Support the pull system implementation for packing material resulting in a 35 % reduction of the total packing inventory .
