Daily Duties at Mexicana Logistics:
• Responsible for all manpower calculations, this operation has a total of 800 employees in 9 different sites thru all over MEXICO. • Establish and define Key process indicators in each site in order to measure performance of quality, productivity, delivery and Safety. • Led the implementation of Lean manufacturing in all the work shops and transform the shops in a manufacturing site. • Led and implement Management by facts in order to solve problems from root cause and implement effective countermeasures. • Reduce Material cost in 40% by the implementation of material recycling. • 5’s Implementation and points program for all the workers in order to increase morale and leadership. • Standardization of all decking process, reduction of cargo claims, implementation of best work practices and quality improvement
