provided care for chronic care pts,charge nurse on evenings and night shift, performed trach care on pts,administered basic care and treatments such as taking vital signs and dressing wounds,answered pts call lights,observed them for neg reactions to meds,fed pts, recorded intact and output,set up treatment rooms and necessary equipement,worked with drs,nurses and other medical staff to oversee patients progress,administered meds,supervised nursing assissants and aides,educated pt and family members on simple nursing tasks
