Daily Duties at G&K Services:

Engaged in all aspects of the daily operations of a large linen service and delivery operation. Through mastery of the routes and business processes I was able to increase efficiency and revenue. Service levels and customer satisfaction saw a marked jump through my training and development of a team of route drivers and warehouse personnel. Several key areas of the business saw sales double due to my efforts. I maintained customer satisfaction at the highest level and quickly responded to any problems while driving growth. This position required the highest degree of detail orientation and ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time. I used various technical reports including P&L’s and other financial statements to help me gain this high level of success.
