Supported client hiring needs by serving as a strategic staffing partner in the recruitment and hiring of highly qualified candidates. Supervised 4 Staffing Specialists and managed more than 40 relationships with key decision makers. In addition, coordinated payroll for 100+ supplemental staff employees, acted as advocate for workman’s compensation and unemployment claims, and served as advertisement /career fair representative for 5 field offices in the Atlanta area.
