Served as the Platoon Sergeant charged with the management of more than 35 personnel. Duties include tracking administrative actions, maintaining up to date personnel records, ensuring employees are certified and up to date on required training to perform assigned jobs, train staff on individual and team tasks, dissemination of information, counseling and mentoring on career progression, and inventory and equipment management.
