Daily Duties at Wells Fargo Bank N.A.:
As a Branch Manager I ensure that we have excellent customer service while remaining considerate to my customers and team members, help my bankers and tellers meet their daily solution goals, take time to see that all policies and procedures are followed, see that all invoices are paid on time and in full, train new personal bankers and tellers, work cohesively with my service manager to insure that the branch runs smoothly, pull and file reports, and keep my team motivated and focused, so that we may not only meet our sales goals, but exceed them. My primary goal is to serve the customers' total financial service needs resulting in greater market share, wallet share and profitability. This is accomplished by creating a vital sales and service organization, promoting teamwork with partners and other corporate departments.
