• Gather Business requirements and prepare Business or Functional Specification document. • Work with end users and business team in re-writing and reviewing the requirements. • Manage QA team for Data Base updates and corresponding testing. • Mentor new hires and remote team, and helped them ramp up. • Interact with customers and test the product. • Manage local and offshore, automation, System and Product test groups. • Define QA processes, guide team towards detailed test plans and clear executions with emphasis on working closely with development and Business teams. • Evaluate and implemented Mainframe and Data Base test tools as File Aid and QMF. • Develop various DB2 queries that automate testing the Data Base regarding the Agent authorization and Book of Business applications. • Design test plan, setting up test beds, automate and tracked projects. • Proactively manage test scenarios development, implementation and risk via the use of Testing Life Cycle. • Manage System and Integration testing activities in a effective way. • Awarded with Client Appreciation Certificate for the work done on this project.
