Daily Duties at Progressive:

• Work with Business and gather requirements through open end discussions, brain storm and prototype. • Work on Business Requirements or Functional Requirement document. • Interact with Subject Matter Expertise and business users in reviewing and rewriting the business requirements. • Manage client engagement services and solution implementations. • Handle customer issues and support TAC team for resolution. • Visit customer's sites to build relationship and facilitate Beta trials, collect customer feedback, product expectations & requirements. • Work with Product management to scope and define feature road maps. • Developing the test automation scripts. • Resource planning, budget planning and adhere to it on approval. • Project planning, tracking, and delivering quality products on time. • Identify resource gaps in project execution and mitigate it by renting test gear, hiring contractors, using testing house. • Architect and develop the automation frame. • Help the team on test data preparation and automation process. • Manage local and offshore, automation, ‘PolicyPro’ System test groups. • Define QA processes, guide team towards detailed test plans and clear executions with emphasis on working closely with development teams.
