Daily Duties at Rkk Engineering:

•Effectively planned, scheduled, and managed large scale projects to meet customer’s needs and expectations, and ensure the target profit levels are met for the project. •Oversaw and managed contractors to ensure project schedules are met, which includes interacting with project managers, laborers and heavy equipment operators. •Organized and updated projects in the Company’s tracking system. •Kept appropriate people updated on all project related issues. •Reviewed invoices and applications for payment to assure accuracy of tabulations, accuracy of completion percentage, and recommend approval or disapproval to his superior. •Conducted "Progress Meetings" with client and provide project status updates which can include, but not limited to, projected crew work schedules, revisions to scope (change control form) and schedule. •Conducted "Project Meetings" with company forces and subcontractors to coordinate project administration, ROW issues, survey, permitting, engineering, material availability, construction activity and resolve project problems. •Monitored the material delivery effort to assure proper material order is met in regards to contract commitments. •Assisted other company management by preparing project scopes, cost estimates, and execution plans for new and expansion projects. •Was Responsible for ensuring the following documents are completed with proper review: plans, permits, schedule, change control forms, weekly and monthly projection reports, project status reports and any other applicable documentation. •Completed all items required to close out project and organizes project post-job reviews and ensures that all Company documents are complete. •Ensured construction activities are performed safely and effectively • I Have exposure and knowledge of a wide use of construction equipment, with the ability to select the most cost efficient and productive equipment suitable for a project
