Daily Duties at Custom Building Products:
Handled all corporate accounts payables and ACH wires. Verified and provided a balanced daily cash sheet for in-house CPA, Finance Director, Comptroller, and CFO. Assisted in-house Senior Accountant with end-of-month reconciliation, trial balance sheets, and recorded general ledger entries. Responsible for and verified weekly check runs. Communicated with vendors to address inquiries and resolve issues. Coached, cross-trained, and mentored new and fellow co-workers.
