Daily Duties at Everson Spice Company:

Responsible for Broker and Sales Reps’ commissions, accounts receivables, collections, credit approval, statements, and end-of-month sales reports. Process in-house credit applications, cash and credit card transactions, credit returns, and daily delivery of company bank deposit. Generate customer monthly statements, aging reports, collect outstanding balances, process, and verify return goods authorization documents. Assist Comptroller in completing end-of month summary, billing, year-to-date, and margin/quota reports. Compile and compare YTD Sales/YTD Sales Quotas, and reviewing RFP’s
