Full time faculty teacher managing over 1,000 students’ education and college/career preparation in business education. Set a vision in place within a classroom, lead students to pursue educational goals, create and implement business educational curriculum, and successfully manage the classroom in achieving set goals. Formulate methodology and actions needed to achieve set learning goals. Communicate effectively and utilize effective teaching strategies to enhance student learning and comprehension. Build student teams, establish student programs, and transform classrooms and students into competitive, sustainable learning environments. Classes Curriculum Taught: •Accounting I (Managerial Accounting) •Business Computer Applications (In-depth training in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, and providing industry based certification in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) •Introduction to Business Computer Applications (Basics of computer history and computer terminology, on-line ethics and evaluation, basic training in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, and provide industry based certification in IC3/GS3) •Business/Financial Math •Keyboarding/Keyboarding Applications •Freshman Success (Train students how to be successful students, time management, effective note taking, and completing the Career Ready 101 pathway which provides students with the Work Keys Employment Readiness Industry Based Cerfitication) •Gifted/Talented (Train the gifted/ talented students in business education, music, art, and advanced levels of reading) •Louisiana Virtual School Proctor
