Daily Duties at International Energy Services Ltd:
• Undertake marketing of training programs to clients that are relevant to various courses, workshops or seminars on continuous basis • Coordinating the management of manpower services contracts for clients • Designing and implementation of business marketing strategy to attract suitable clients for the various training and technical recruitment services rendered by the company • Designing and developing training and development programs based on the requirements of clients • Work with clients’ training managers to facilitate training activities with best experiences and practical opportunities • Identifying training and development needs within IESL in collaboration with the HRM through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resource department • Analyze, summarize, compile and submit reports and accomplishment to management and to clients as may be necessary • Managing the delivery of training and development programs and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the organization • Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers • Helping line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups • Schedule training program as per training calendar and arranging the training program
