Engineer and managed project construction of Transmission Substations from ground-up. Lead and managed development of purchase power contracts. Conduct R&D and construction of communications system to support load management, automated meter reading, and SCADA system. Develop new business offering to incorporate municipal water meter reading with electric metering. Develop and launch marketing program implementation corporate-wide.
