Daily Duties at Fluor Daniel:

Managed project managers and projects ranging from $32 million to $178 million. Projects included: • U.S. Food Service, Fort Mill, South Carolina $32 million refrigerated food distribution facility. • Buckbee Mears Cortland, Cortland, New York $75 million aperture mask production facility. • Levi Straus – Project Manager for $178 million storage retrieval equipment contract which included equipment for 3 sites – Carbon, MS, Las Vega, NV and Cincinnati, OH. Fluor Daniel was and is a sophisticated EPC firm and has managed as such, therefore my duties were as follows: 1. Direct the overall construction activity and related issues. 2. Assisted with sales proposes and presentations 3. Directly managed activities of project managers 4. Maintain client relationships with all clients current, past and future. 5. Assign personell to projects to best fit their experience and personality. 6. Resolve or help resolve project issues as needed. 7. Resolve personell issues as they arise. 8. Recruit new talent to the company 9. Monitor cost versus budget, progress verus schedule, safety stastics and quality by the number and type of non conforming issues opn a monthly basis or sooner as needed.
