Responsible for entire monthly billing cycle submitting claim to Medicare,Medi-cal and HMo/PPOs payers. Ran CERT and CWF for monthly Medicare/Medi-cal eligibility. Cash Posting, adjustments,balance transfers, and write offs. Appeals, CIF's and claim corrections completed in DDE and system. Month End close and reports. Resident Trust disbursement and reconciliation. Triple Check, and case conferences. Patient demographics entry, payer verification and collections of insurance information/authorizations.
