Daily Duties at Weight Watchers International:
Hired to manage team of 20 reps in Customer Service taking calls and supporting 4000 clients daily. Assumed responsibility for National team in 2011 with over 2500 calls daily and supporting 45 companies providing WW benefits to their employees. Between 2010 and 2012 - assigned additional responsibility of managing multiple teams for Care, Portal, Tech and Canada. Size of teams ranged from 5 reps to 30 reps. These teams took an average of 4500 calls daily and up to 10,000 calls during peak season of January - March. In 2nd year - assigned responsibility of Primary Morning manager - responsible for daily opening of site, trouble shooting overnight issues and working as liaison with 3 ACCENT offices that took outsourced calls. CS Site Manager assigned me additional duties of producing daily reports for supervisors and staff, handling escalated calls from reps and other managers. In 4th year - assigned additional duty of working with NY Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable departments on handling all rejected transactions, missing payments and incorrect refunds. Participated and often led training modules and Quality exercises for all staff. Assigned by site Director to take a lead role in special projects including creating a monitor form and scorecard for reps, leads and supervisors. Chosen by Site Manager to write up procedures for interviewing and hiring process for all managers. In 2011 and 2012 - assigned to work with local IT representative to handle updating programs and ordering and replacing equipment. In 2012 - chosen by national Customer Service VP to help lead in the introduction of Active Link device to all WW staff and members.
