Account Compliance Coordinator /Project – Account Management VF Imagewear • Nashville, Tennessee Position includes handling the management of startup of new accounts for various retail and resell customers across the nation. The accounts range in dollar volume in sales from $10,000 to $250,000. Position includes implementation of the most suitable processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience, including contract negotiation, contract review, and contract compliance. Coordination of the EDI teams, website teams, and logistics teams as well as completing spreadsheets and acquiring graphics from marketing, necessary to implement the specifications of the contract. Position includes completing compliance manuals and customer service manuals for continued customer support by the appropriate departments.
